Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RemyWorks.ai website and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eight Zero Seven LLC, doing business as RemyWorks.ai ("we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

The Service offers the following purchase options:

  • Single listing: $3 per AI-generated listing description set
  • 5-pack: $10 for five listing description sets
  • Additional products and subscription tiers may be added in the future

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. All sales are final unless a technical issue prevents delivery of your content.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your AI-generated content, contact us at hello@8zero7.com within 48 hours of purchase for resolution. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs, as results may vary depending on the property details provided.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate real estate listing descriptions and other written content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided for your use and editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy before publishing.
  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that requires modification for your specific use case.
  • We make no warranties regarding the suitability of generated content for MLS submission or any other specific purpose.
  • Your input data is not used to train our AI models or any third-party AI models.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or our systems
  • Use automated scraping, bulk processing, or bots not authorized by us
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service or its outputs as a standalone product
  • Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of this section without prior notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, and AI systems, is the intellectual property of Eight Zero Seven LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the property information and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal and professional use. You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated outputs as a standalone product or service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, EIGHT ZERO SEVEN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brevard County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
